Extensive interior and exterior renovations of a nearly 100 year old, 3,800 square foot, two story building in the historic downtown district of Mooresville, NC. Following the guidelines set forth by the Historic Preservation Commission for Mooresville and the North Carolina State Historical Preservation Office, renovations to the exterior of the building were done to bring the exterior of the building back to its original appearance. Renovations were done to the building roof structure and floor framing along with all interior spaces.
