Adams + Associates Architecture designed the River Park Office Building, located just west of Mooresville, NC, as a multi-tenant shell building. We also designed the basement level office of Spivey Construction, the contractor and our client for the project. The three-story building was designed to accommodate up to fifteen separate tenants and incorporates a combination of traditional and modern design elements, giving the appearance of a warehouse building that has been rehabilitated into modern office space.
