Tanger Outlets in Fort Worth is located directly across from the Texas Motor Speedway. This beautifully designed “Texas Style” open-air mall allows for a comfortable and convenient shopping experience. It combines upscale architectural features, custom detailing, covered walkways, and large overhangs that help protect shoppers from the Texas seasonal weather. The large outdoor courtyards incorporate play areas for children, fountains, an outdoor fireplace, and Texas-inspired artwork including a life-sized steel sculpture of a longhorn. Adams + Associates was brought on board from the beginning of the development process to be part of the overall project team to provide full A/E services for initial concept site planning, building design, project budgeting (including value engineering), contractor selection, permitting and full construction administration services. The center opened on October 27, 2017.
