The close proximity of Tanger Outlets National Harbor to the Potomac River inspired us to use a nautical theme. Masts, banners and nautical lights are dispersed throughout the hardscape and landscape. Courtyards sport fountains and sculptural art of anchors and sails that create vistas at the intersections of the gallery covered pedestrian walkways. This shopping center draws locals and tourists alike.
