One of three Tanger seaside retail centers, Tanger Midway received a fresh exterior renovation completed in May of 2015. In addition to the exterior enhancement, a 5,045 square foot interior alteration transformed an out of date food court into new updated restrooms, shopper services and retail spaces. The enhancement accentuated the close proximity of the ocean by borrowing from seaside colors of ocean blues and greens, and sandy beige colors. Inspired by the architecture of the seaside development of the Delaware coast, the new features include nautical looking towers, lighting and trim work. Tanger Bayside and Seaside will receive similar renovations in November of 2016.
