The owner of Woodlawn School purchased a homestead dating back to the 1830’s, which was then converted into an elementary school. The school has grown to its current K-12 grades by adapting the existing buildings through renovations to house all functions of a modern school. The current phase also sets the stage for future master plan development by establishing the organizational elements and road to serve future phases, while minimizing the impact on the heavily wooded site.
