Located in historic downtown Mooresville, the Mooresville Town Hall is home to several different Town departments including the Mayor’s suite and the Planning Department.  When the Town of Mooresville began to outgrow it’s original facilities in 2003, they came to Adams + Associates Architecture for an addition and renovation to the hall.  The 32,000 sf project included a new exterior as well as a 13,600 sf addition which expanded the planning, engineering and administrative areas of the building.  The existing board room was also enlarged and updated with state of the art audio and visual equipment as part of the project.  Adams + Associates has worked with the Town on multiple occasions for renovations, programming, and feasibility studies for Town Hall facilities as recently as 2018.​
