The Iredell Memorial Medical Office Building is about 10,000 square foot single story office building.  The building is designed to accommodate three separate medical practices, while providing access to common radiology equipment.  The exterior of the building is comprised of masonry, exterior insulation and finish system, and insulated glazing along with large canopies.  This facility was designed to meet the growing need for medical office space in the Mooresville Area for the Iredell Health System.
