Ulta Beauty was a complete teardown and rebuild within the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach, DE.  The exterior design had to adhere to the center’s existing architectural style using metal roofs, plank siding, and large louvered sunshades, with stone accents.    The design also had to adhere to the tenant’s strict design criteria while maintaining their corporate identity with colors and signage.  The construction took place while the center remained open and operating.
