Continuing long-standing client relationships with both Tanger Outlets and Simon Property Group,  Adams + Associates Architecture was brought on board from the beginning of development process to be part of the overall project team to provide full A/E services for initial concept site planning, building design, project budgeting (including value engineering), contractor selection, permitting and full construction administration services. The design style of the architecture complements the City and the neighboring Community developments which had to adhere to strict Architectural guidelines. This Outlet Center is an open-air "Racetrack" layout concept which allows for a comfortable and convenient shopping experience. Adams + Associates Architecture was awarded the Heavy Hitters Top Retail Development by the Charlotte Business Journal in October 2014 upon this project’s completion.
