Tanger Outlets in Fort Worth is located directly across from the Texas Motor Speedway. This beautifully designed “Texas Style” open-air mall allows for a comfortable and convenient shopping experience.   It combines upscale architectural features, and custom detailing, with covered walkways, and large overhangs that help protect shoppers from the seasonal Texas weather.  The large outdoor courtyards incorporate play areas for children, fountains, an outdoor fireplace, and Texas-inspired artwork including a life-sized steel sculpture of a longhorn.    Adams + Associates Architecture was brought on board at the beginning of the development process to be part of the overall project team to provide full A/E services for initial concept site planning, building design, project budgeting (including value engineering), contractor selection, permitting, and full construction administration services.  The center opened in 2017.
